Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Worcestershire Based
Salary: £30K-£34K depending on experience. If dual trained this would go to £36K a year
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift + Overtime + Weekend availability
ASBESTOS SURVEYOR - WORCESTERSHIRE, HEREFORDSHIRE, AND SURROUNDING AREAS
A great opportunity to join our client who are expanding. They are an established company with over thirty years’ experience within the asbestos industry. They believe in building long term relationships with their customers and staff alike. Therefore, they have a long-standing customer base and a very low turnover of employees. We are looking for people who have a minimum of one year experience and hold the relevant BOHS or RSPH qualifications.
The ideal candidate would be professional, dynamic, self-motivated, organised and be able to work well within a team as well as working alone.
Working mainly within the east midlands but may also be west midlands.
Carrying out surveys to mainly housing stock but also commercial properties.
Working hours would be 38 hours per week with the option of working overtime and weekends.
In return our client would offer;
- A competitive salary with excellent overtime rates
- 38 hours per week.
- Overtime paid for out of hours and weekend working (Sunday, public holidays x 2, all other hour’s x 1 ½)
- 25 days holiday plus 8 days public holiday

- Van and fuel card provided
