Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Hull, East Yorkshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k DOE + Training & Benefits
This UK wide company is currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and P402 trained Asbestos Surveyor who has worked in a UKAS accredited company. It is essential that you have worked on various sites/ domestic, commercial, and industrial sites as you need to hit the ground running. Along with being a trustworthy and excellent employee. Experience / Qualifications / Requirements:
- Gained the BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH equivalent
- Experience in completing asbestos surveys on numerous locations/various sites
- Computer literacy with using Microsoft Office Package
- Client-centric, providing professional and detail information
- Act in accordance with health & safety procedures
- Sound understanding of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Follow company policies and work/surveying targets
The Role:
- Collate samples accurately and produce/construct reports
- Travelling to domestic, commercial and industrial sites
- Take on management, demolition and refurbishment surveys
- Deal/interact with a mixed portfolio of client
- Organising workload / prioritising tasks and keeping to deadlines
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
