Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on location, qualifications, and experience)
We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy operating across multiple regions, including London, the South East, East Anglia, and the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys on a variety of domestic and commercial properties
Undertake all forms of PCM air testing, including four-stage clearance procedures
Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports in line with current industry regulations
Work safely and in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and best practices
Provide professional, high-quality service to clients across all levelsEssential Qualifications and Skills:
Full UK Driving License
BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos SurveyingDesirable Qualifications:
BOHS P403 and P404 or RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance ProceduresWe are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
