Location: London & surrounding areas (Home Counties)
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (DOE) + Vehicle + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected asbestos consultancy that delivers high-quality surveying and compliance services across London and the Home Counties.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for conducting a range of asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment & Demolition) across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You’ll liaise with clients, collect and record data accurately, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys
*
Produce accurate and timely survey reports using industry-standard software
*
Ensure compliance with HSG264 and all relevant health & safety regulations
*
Liaise with clients and site contacts in a professional manner
*
Travel to sites across London and the Home Counties (vehicle provided)
Requirements:
*
BOHS P402 (essential)
*
Minimum 12 months' experience in asbestos surveying
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
*
Ability to manage workload and work independently
