Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Midlands (Stafford/Birmingham area)
+Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 (plus bonus)
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in the Midlands to join a growing consultancy that places a genuine focus on employee wellbeing, training, and localised working. With a strong presence in the region, the business offers stability, development, and a great team culture.
You’ll carry out a mix of housing, commercial, and industrial surveys, mostly within a local radius (some travel further may be involved but they have a big team nationally so it’s not a regular occurrence. There is upskilling opportunities with this role as P403/P404 training offered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct asbestos surveys across various sectors
* Use industry-standard Teams software to record findings
* Work closely with clients and provide expert advice
* Maintain full compliance with current asbestos regulations
Requirements:
* BOHS P402 qualified (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years’ experience in asbestos surveying
* Professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
* P403 and P404 qualifications (training available if not held)
* Knowledge of construction practices and site safety
