Territory: Midlands (Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Birmingham, Shropshire areas)
Your location: Remote based anywhere in the Midlands

The role of Asbestos Surveyor:
* Reporting to the Head of Asbestos, your role is to perform management, refurbishment and reinspection surveys and other duties associated with the identification and management of asbestos containing materials
* Data collection, including photographs whilst on site
* Maintain, update and retain reference documentation
* To ensure appropriate storage and retention of samples
* Prepare and maintain equipment to ensure fit for purpose
The requirements for the Asbestos Surveyor:
* Circa 1-2 years of experience in a similar Asbestos Surveyor role ideally with experience working with clients in the social housing sector
* You will hold a valid P402 qualification
* You will be comfortable working independently with excellent customer service skills
* Computer literate and able to use a tablet and other IT equipment to schedule site visits
* Full right to work in the UK without requiring any Visa sponsorship
* A full UK driving license is required with the ability to travel outside of territory when required
