ASD Learning Support Assistant - SEN School, Lambeth
Location: Lambeth, South East London
Salary: £100 - £120 per day
Contract: Temporary / Full-time / Term-time

Remedy Recruitment is currently looking for a dedicated and caring ASD Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic SEN school based in Lambeth. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with children who have a range of special educational needs, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing every day.
About the Role:
Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD, helping them access the curriculum and develop essential skills
Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning activities and behaviour management strategies
Support pupils' communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation in a safe and nurturing environment
Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to pupil progress monitoring
Promote independence and confidence in all pupils
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN needs (ideally in a school setting)
Understanding of ASD and related communication and behavioural needs
Patience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
