Are you a passionate and experienced educator with a strong background in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? TimePlan Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Bournemouth to recruit a dedicated ASD Provision Lead to join their team from September/October 2025.
This is a rewarding opportunity to take on a pivotal role, shaping the future of a growing ASD provision and making a real difference in the lives of young people.
🔹 The Role
As ASD Provision Lead, you will:
Oversee the development and delivery of the school's specialist provision for students with ASD.
Lead and manage a team of support staff to ensure high-quality care and education.
Work closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support.
Create and monitor individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
Promote inclusion and positive outcomes for students with ASD across the school community.
🔹 The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
Has significant experience working with children or young people with ASD, ideally in a leadership or coordination role.
Holds relevant teaching or SEND qualifications (QTS or equivalent desirable but not essential).
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Is compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusive education.
Can effectively liaise with families, staff, and external professionals.
