The Role – ASD Teaching Assistant

Looking for a supportive and enthusiastic ASD Teaching Assistant to work with pupils aged 11–19 in a specialist educational setting. The role involves helping students access learning, developing communication and social skills, promoting independence, and providing calm, consistent support throughout the school day. Ideal candidates will have experience with autism, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient, adaptable approach.
