Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for sustainable solutions? We're hiring ASHP Sales Consultants to join our remote team working on behalf of E.ON, a leading name in renewable energy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their sales career in the growing green energy sector, with the added benefit of upskilling in Solar and Battery sales in the future.
What You'll Be Doing
Converting warm leads into sales through consultative, solution-based conversations
Advising customers on the suitability of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) for their home and lifestyle
Producing accurate quotes and guiding customers through the buying process
Following up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion
Collaborating with internal teams on post-survey and technical queries
Ensuring full FCA compliance and adhering to the Consumer Duty
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in consumer sales, ideally within ASHP, Solar, or Battery solutions
Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills
A good understanding of air source heat pumps and the sales assessment process
Confident using IT systems and CRM software
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
