Aspiring Child Counsellor - SEN Learning Support Assistant Opportunity Epsom - Surrey - SEN - Education - £93-105 Do you have a passion for supporting young people with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Aspiring Child Counsellor/SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist provision within a mainstream secondary school based in Epsom. This role is ideal for anyone interested in becoming a Child Counsellor, as well as individuals with experience in education, care, or youth work, alongside recent or soon-to-be Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology graduates. About the Role As an Aspiring Child Counsellor/LSA, you will support pupils with moderate learning difficulties in a structured and nurturing environment. This position in Epsom offers valuable, hands-on experience for an Aspiring Child Counsellor, providing exposure to emotional support, behaviour management, and therapeutic approaches.
