Aspiring Recruitment Consultant | Belfast City Centre | Up to 35% Uncapped Commission

Reperio Human Capital is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy. We place tech professionals across Ireland and the US, working with clients that include global banks, major multinationals and some of the fastest-growing startups on the island.

We're hiring someone who wants to get into recruitment and is ready to put the work in. No prior recruitment experience needed.

What you'll be doing

Building client relationships through business development and outreach
Sourcing and engaging candidates within your specialist IT market
Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief through to placement
Keeping on top of your pipeline, your activity and your targetsWhat we're looking for

6 months minimum in a sales or customer-facing environment
Confident, commercially minded and comfortable on the phone
Results and financially motivated
Looking for a long-term careerWhat's on offer

Base salary from £26,000 + up to 35% uncapped commission
OTE Year 1: £30,000-£40,000 | Year 3-5: £60,000-£100,000+
Bonus opportunities throughout your first 6 months
