The Role

This is a sales role at its core. You'll be responsible for business development, winning new client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact through to placement, while building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Proactively identifying and approaching new business opportunities within the technology sector
Building and managing relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Pitching Reperio's services and winning new roles to work on
Managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to closing a placement
Negotiating terms, salaries, and offers with both clients and candidates
Working towards revenue targets within a high-performance, commission-driven environment
Continuously developing your market knowledge to stay ahead of competitorsWhat We're Looking For

We're looking for confident, results-driven individuals with a genuine sales mindset.

You'll have:

A background in sales, business development, or a target-driven role
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
