We’re looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to work with young people in Dorking, particularly those with SEN and SEMH needs.
What You’ll Do:
Support students 1:1 and in small groups
Assist with behaviour and emotional regulation
Help deliver targeted interventions
Work closely with teachers and support staff
What We’re Looking For:
Interest in youth work or intervention roles
Patient, empathetic, and a good communicator
Experience with young people (preferred but not essential)
Relevant qualifications (desirable)
