Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work full time and learn new skills, with the potential to progress to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling small components for a manufacturing company in Winchester
Ensuring all assembly tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintaining high standards of work within a fast-paced manufacturing facility
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Following all safety and quality protocols
Job Requirements:
Experience in assembly or production
Ability to work confidently under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in manual dexterity tasks

Monday to Thursday: 07:30am - 16:30pm
