Job Description
APN Recruitment is recruiting for a well-established manufacturer based in Redditch, to find an experienced Assembler to join their busy team.
Responsibilities:
* Assemble bespoke products using components and materials
* Work from technical drawings and assembly instructions
* Use hand tools and workshop equipment
* Carry out quality checks before dispatch
* Support the wider production team to meet deadlines
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as an Assembler, Assembly Operative, or in a similar role (shopfitting, carpentry/joinery, or light manufacturing ideal)
* Able to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
* Confident using hand tools and workshop machinery
* Good attention to detail and team player attitude
Hours & Pay:
* £14 per hour Starting Wage
* Monday–Friday, full-time hours
* Overtime available
