Job Description
We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established company based in Worthing. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with small components, who has a keen eye for detail and the patience to follow schematics and assembly drawings precisely.
As an Assembler, your key responsibilities will include:
* Interpret and follow schematics and assembly drawings
* Plan and carry out assembly, electrical, or testing tasks
* Produce high-quality electrical, fibre, and hybrid cable assemblies
* Conduct testing to ensure product quality meets standards
Requirements:
* Experience or interest in working within an assembly environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Patience and dexterity when working with small, fiddly components and circuit boards
The Role:
* 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday
* Based in Worthing
* £26,000
