Job Description
Select are currently Recruiting for Assemblers for a well-established manufacturer in Thetford who make air distribution and fire safety products.
As an Assembly Operative, you will be putting together different components and products using hand and power tools. Follow technical instructions, ensure everything meets quality standards, and work with the team to meet production targets while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling various components and products
Using hand and power tools
Making sure everything meets quality standards
Working with the team to meet production goals
Keeping your workspace clean and safe
What our client is looking for:
Good attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to follow instructions confidently
Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
What's in it for you:
Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4pm, Friday 7am–2pm (early finish for the weekend!)
Full-time, ongoing work
