Our client, a respected and growing engineering business, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter in Lancaster area with strong assembly experience to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical assembly of components and equipment

Reading and interpreting technical drawings
*
Building from flat packs / components to finished assemblies
*
Using power tools safely and effectively
*
Sealing and finishing components with silicone where required
*
Working to high quality and safety standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter with assembly skills (essential)
*
Ability to understand and work from technical drawings
*
Skilled in the use of power tools and workshop equipment
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
