Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our client’s team as Assembly Fitters for our client in Kendal. No previous experience in assembly is required — full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that values growth, learning, and long-term development.
What We’re Looking For:
* No prior assembly experience required
* Basic tool knowledge is an advantage but not essential
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Reliable, motivated, and committed to teamwork
* Must have safety footwear (steel toe cap boots)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling components into boxes
* Following training and instructions to ensure quality standards
* Working as part of a supportive and friendly team
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
* Friday: 7:30 am – 2:00 pm
