Assembly Operative (Bonding & Adhesives) Location: Uxbridge Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: 37 hours per week Interview Process: 1-stage interview This is an opportunity to join a respected British engineering business that manufactures safety-critical systems for use in high-performance environments. Assembling precision components from kitted parts Masking components for aluminium oxide blasting Applying adhesives (e.g. Araldite) and carrying out oven curing Preparing parts for inspection, including cleaning and finishing Following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings Using gauges and simple test equipment for inspection support Completing records and reporting any non-conformances Supporting lean manufacturing and 5S initiativesAssembly Operative Profile Previous experience in assembly, bonding, or a similar production role Hands-on skills using tools, adhesives, and basic measuring equipment Familiarity with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes Awareness of health & safety and quality standards Team-focused with a proactive, positive attitude Comfortable using basic computer systems (SAP experience beneficial) Application Process Apply now with your CV to find out more.
