Assembly Operatives – Window Company
Location: DN11, Doncaster
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2.30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity
Venatu Recruitment Group are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives for our client, a successful window manufacturing company based in the DN11 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to go permanent.
Role Responsibilities of an Assembly Operative:
Assembling windows and related components to company specifications.
Using hand and power tools as part of the assembly process.
Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling when required.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while following company policies and health & safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For in an Assembly Operative:
Previous experience in window assembly would be an advantage but is not essential.
Physically fit with the ability to carry out heavy lifting.
Practical skills and confidence using power tools.
A quick learner with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
