Assembly Operative | Cambridge | £500 per week

Following a significant increase in orders, our client is expanding their workshop team. You’ll be joining a highly skilled group in a well-equipped facility, with plans for further site expansion to support continued growth.

As Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Cutting, bonding, and shaping composite materials to precise specifications
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Operating a variety of machinery and tools to achieve high-quality results
Collaborating with a diverse team to meet production goals and maintain safety standards
As Assembly Operative, your experience will include:
Experience working with wood or composites
Previous experience as a carpenter or bench joiner
Ability to read technical diagrams
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
Willingness to work overtime
