Assembly Operative – Exeter

Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Contract: Temporary to permanent

We’re recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well‑established company in Exeter. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long‑term work with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

Job Duties

Assembling products and components
Using basic hand and power tools
Working to specifications and production targets
Quality checking finished items
General workshop duties
Some manual handling involved

About You

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
Good attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Physically able to carry out manual tasks

Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00–16:30
Temporary to permanent role
