Assembly Operative
Moreton-in-Marsh
£12.71 per hour + 15% Attendance Bonus (£14.62 per hour)
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
This is an ongoing temporary position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop new skills, learn a trade, and build a long-term career within a growing manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.71 per hour
Additional 15% attendance bonus, increasing the hourly rate to £14.62 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling products using hand and power tools
Following technical drawings and assembly instructions
Measuring and checking components to ensure quality standards are met
Preparing materials and components for assembly
Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For:
Good attention to detail
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work with hand tools and follow instructions
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
