Assembly Operative – Immediate Start
Are you experienced with hand tools and ready for your next challenge?
Can you commute to Somercotes for a 7:30am start?

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Somercotes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role, with temp-to-perm potential after 12 weeks and immediate starts available!

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Using hand tools to assemble components
• Following diagrams or work instructions
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Supporting other departments when trained
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience using hand tools
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Reliability and attention to detail
