Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Assembly Operator based in Milton Keynes to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing suppliers who really take care of their team.
Responsibilities of the Assembly Operator
* Apply hinges, locks, door handles and other ironmongery onto doors.
* Pre-hang doors onto frames for quality-checking purposes.
* Use of power tools.
* Conduct quality checks before shipping.
Requirements for a successful Assembly Operator
* Experience and confidence using power tools and working with hands.
* Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy goods.
* Comfortable working in noisy environments (ear protection provided).
* A forklift licence would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
