All Square Recruitment is recruiting Assembly Operatives with a focus on sheet metal work. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position.
As an Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting complex technical drawings, with a strong emphasis on sheet metal fabrication diagrams.

Working to precise specifications to ensure high-quality output.

Fabricating and assembling sheet metal components using a variety of hand and power tools.
*
Utilizing hand and power tools for general assembly tasks.
*
Collaborating effectively with team members to optimise production processes.
*
Manual handling, which may involve some heavy lifting.

Adhering strictly to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Participating in full training and induction programs.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Ideal candidates will have:

Proven experience in sheet metal work, fabrication, or a similar assembly/production role.
*
Confidence and proficiency in using sheet metal tools and machinery (e.g., brakes, shears, drills, grinders).

A strong ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and instructions, particularly those related to sheet metal components.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.
Assembly Operative - Shift Details
*
Monday to Friday (Weekday and Saturday Overtime available - Up to £18.78 per hour!)
*
7am to 3:30pm (Early and Late shifts may also be available)

£12.53 to £14.53 per hour PAYEBefore You Apply
