Contract Personnel are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Assembly Operative for a temp to perm position in the NR15 area.
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the assembly of windows, doors, and conservatories. This is a hands-on role where you will be required to carry out various assembly tasks, work with precision, and ensure quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble windows, doors, and conservatories to specification
Complete necessary paperwork to confirm job specifications and quality checks
Perform heavy lifting as part of the assembly process
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Assist with other general duties as required by the production team
Requirements:
Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing (window and door experience is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting tasks
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
A positive, can-do attitude and flexibility to assist with various tasks
