Job Description
We are currently recruiting Assemblers on behalf of our client based in Thetford. This is a great opportunity to join a busy manufacturing environment, where you will be involved in general assembly work as part of the production team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00-15:30.
About the Role:
As an Assembler, you will be working in a busy manufacturing and production environment, assembling a variety of components and products to meet customer and production requirements. You will be part of a dedicated team, helping to ensure that products are built to a high standard.
Your daily duties will include:
Reading and following basic assembly instructions or technical drawings
Fitting and securing components and parts using hand and power tools
Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Meeting production deadlines while maintaining high levels of precision
Always adhering to health & safety procedures
Supporting with general production and housekeeping tasks as required
What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
Comfortable using basic tools
Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
