Job Role: Assembly Operative
Location: Daventry, Kettering, Wellingborough
Shift: Full time (39 hours) 08:00-16:30 with an Early finish on a Friday!!
Pay Rate: £13.00 p/h
Benefits: Free on-site parking, early finish on a Friday, Buy or sell holiday days, discretionary bonus plus more!

The Candidate:
Prepare and engrave components before assembly
Mask products ahead of paint spraying
Support with deliveries, collections, and packing tasks
Ensure items are packaged, labelled, and documented correctly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and factory housekeeping
Follow all health, safety, and PPE requirements
Assist with general duties as requiredThe Responsibilities:
Able to work to targets and deadlines
Good record-keeping and paperwork accuracy
Strong attention to detail and tidy work approach
Safety-conscious and aware of workplace standards
Confident communicator across teams
Self-driven and reliable with minimal supervision
Manufacturing experience an advantage
