Job Description
Andy File Associates are acting on behalf of our client as a recruitment business with regards this temporary - possible permanent vacancy
Assembly Operative
Duties to include:
Daily checks of hose machinery in accordance with H&S regulations.
Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to.
Confirmation of processes on SAP.
Final check on orders for despatch.
Assembly of products to customer specifications using a range of machinery including lifting equipment and computers.
Pressure testing of hose assemblies as required.
Responsibilities as outlined in H&S policy.
Work to production order instruction.
Work in line with SOP’s.
Work to company procedures always.
Actively look for improvement opportunities.
Skills and Experience
* Good basic standard of education.
* SAP confirmation experience preferred
* Knowledge of assembly processes
Hours of work: 40
Days for training then onto shifts:
Training first week: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5.00pm / Friday 8 am - 2.30 pm
Then 6-2 and 2-10* Afternoons comes with a 20% shift allowance
