Our Client is a global leader in product identification, packaging intelligence, and connected product solutions. Our client is currently expanding their skilled assembly team at our Salford site and have immediate starts available for motivated individuals.
The Role:
As an Assembly Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in the production of high-quality industrial printers and related equipment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for individuals with prior assembly or machine operating experience who take pride in producing quality work.
Your duties will include:

Assembling industrial printers and large mechanical/electronic components
*
Quality checking and identifying defective items
*
Preparing finished units for despatch
*
Following written instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams
*
Maintaining a tidy and safe workspace
*
General labouring duties as required
What We Offer:

Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
*
Overtime Rates: £19.82 – £26.42 per hour
*
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
*
Temp to Perm opportunity with long-term career prospects

The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 1 year of assembly or machine operating experience
*
Comfortable reading and working from written instructions or technical diagrams
*
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Good timekeeping and a positive, can-do attitude
