Position: Assembly Operative
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract Type: Temp To Perm
Hourly Rate: From £12.60
Working Pattern: Full Time. Monday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM and Friday 7:00AM-1:00PM.
2.5 hours overtime each Friday if targets not met.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Operative, you will:
Assemble products using hand and power tools with precision and care.
Conduct quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency and work flow.
Ability to handle heavy products.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.What We're Looking For:
