Location: Newhaven | Rotating Shifts: 06:55 - 14:55 / 14:45 - 22:45

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring the smooth running of assembly processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
Operate and monitor assembly machinery and equipment.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Complete assembly reports and documentation accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
