Location: Cambridge (CB24)
Duration: Temporary, 3-6 months initially, possible transfer to permanent
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday), 30 minutes lunch break
Salary: £13.70 per hour
Reference: 36090

Polytec are looking for an Assembly Technician for our client based just north of Cambridge. This is a temporary role but could become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities:

* Assembly, packing and despatch of products in a clean lab environment
* Completion of manufacturing records and related documentation (ERP system)
* Ensure all work is performed to agreed time scales

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an assembly and or despatch role preferred
* Proven ability to perform with the highest accuracy and repeatability
* Good communication and numerical skills
* Punctual with a good attendance record
* Capable of handling multiple tasks at the same time
* Familiarity with following SOP's, working to ISO 13485 & ISO 9001
* Computer literate, previous experience using ERP systems useful
