Job Description
Our client are a global leader in security scanning systems and currently experiencing high levels of growth. As such, they are seeking an additional Assembly Technician to join their production team
What You’ll Be Doing:
*
Assembling and testing precision electro-mechanical sub-assemblies in a clean room environment
*
Following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and clean room protocols
*
Using specialist tools and calibrated equipment
*
Maintaining accurate build records and reporting quality issues via our internal system
*
Supporting clean room operations by managing consumables and inventory
*
Adhering to safety and contamination control procedures at all times
Requirements
*
Experience in clean room environments or vacuum technology (preferred, not essential)
*
Background in manufacturing or assembly roles
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Familiarity with mechanical handling and safe working practices
*
Team player with a proactive and flexible approach (occasional shift swaps may be required)
Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
*
Initial training: Day shift (Monday–Friday)
*
Post-training: Alternating Early/Late Shifts
*
Early: Mon–Thu 06:00–14:00, Fri 06:00–13:30
*
Late: Mon–Thu 14:00–22:00, Fri 13:30–21:00
*
Shift Premium: 20% for rotating shifts
