This is a workshop-based role ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to develop a long-term technical career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. This position is also well-suited to recent apprentices or early-career technicians who are eager to learn and build a future in specialist engineering. The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior technician, apprentice, or mechanical fitter to get involved with the full lifecycle of our products - from build and test, to servicing and upgrades. You'll be part of a small, skilled team assembling precision mechanical and electrical systems, carrying out routine servicing and repairs, and supporting commissioning processes. You’ll be supported with structured learning and hands-on training in machining, pneumatics, electronics, and system testing. You’ll gain exposure to real engineering challenges and work alongside experienced professionals keen to help you grow. We actively encourage development and can offer clear pathways into more senior service, engineering, or project-based roles as your experience grows.
