Assembly Technician – Power Unit Engineering
Salary: £32,000 – £37,000
Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30
We’re looking for skilled Assembly Technicians to join a fast-growing Power Unit engineering team. If you’re passionate about precision, engines, and high-performance engineering, this is your chance to contribute to World Championship-winning cars year after year.
What you’ll do:

Support all aspects of power unit build, service, and maintenance.
*
Prepare power units for development and race operations.
*
Assist with assembly-related activities as required by the Engine Build Team Leader or Head of PU Operations.
*
Manage build specifications, component lifing, and revisions.
*
Record and communicate assembly quality issues.
*
Maintain high standards of operation, organisation, and cleanliness while supporting your team.
What we’re looking for:

Strong technical understanding and ICE assembly competence.
*
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow build procedures.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel for internal systems.
*
Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
