What You Will Do: Prepare for assembly tasks by reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Orders, technical drawings, and parts lists. Assemble cylinders and subassemblies, ensuring all components are damage-free and fit correctly. Conduct testing and precise measurements to verify the integrity and performance of finished components. Report any defects or non-conformances promptly to the supervisor or quality department. Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, escalating any issues as needed. Accurately complete production and inspection records, batch cards, and training documentation. What You Will Bring: Proven experience in mechanical assembly, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation. Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining high-quality standards. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
