Assembly Operative – Aerospace Manufacturing
Denham | £29,000–£30,000 | 37 hours per week
We’re seeking an Assembly Operative to join a well-established aerospace manufacturer. In this role, you’ll be working as part of a dedicated team, assembling and inspecting high-precision components to exacting industry standards.
What You’ll Do
Assemble products using a range of tools, including hand tools and riveting machines.
Work confidently from technical drawings, specifications, and build plans.
Carry out quality checks, inspections, and accurately record results.
Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards through self-checks and adherence to procedures.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and workplace safety.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency with hand tools, measuring equipment, and gauges.
A methodical, accurate approach with strong teamwork skills.
The Details
Salary: £29,000–£30,000 (permanent role)
Hours: 37 per week
Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00
Fri: 08:00–12:00
