Location: Hybrid with occasional office attendance at our office in York
Salary: £26,063 annual salary (full-time, 35 hours per week)

We’re looking for an Assessment Delivery Coordinator to help us run our peer review services, namely Fellowship, Accreditation and Awards, across our UK and international membership.
You’ll make sure all timescales and communications are delivered smoothly from start to finish, following our systems and processes to provide a high-quality experience for our members, customers, and partners. You will also play a vital role in ensuring all our data held is accurate
Main Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service for fellowship, accreditation, and awards services.
• Provide administrative support to virtual panels and peer review meetings, including the production of high-quality feedback and communications.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and members, handling enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Support the assessment process by producing and maintaining accurate data records, reports, notes and actions, for the services to run effectively.
• Keep accurate records in our systems (D365 CRM, (url removed)) and help process financial tasks like invoices.
• Make sure all services are delivered cost-effectively and to a high standard.
• Help update content on our website and intranet and support online learning and networking tools.
• Coordinate meetings and liaise with colleagues, including supporting internal and external meetings, committees and contacts as required.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service skills (you’re confident handling queries and complaints).
• Experience in administration.
• Comfortable using databases/CRM systems and excellent computer skills using MS packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• A team player who focuses on finding solutions and supporting others.
• Creative and open to new ideas, with an understanding of cost control and growth.
