Job Description
We are looking for an Asset and Compliance Lead who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Asset and Compliance Lead to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Asset and Compliance Lead, will be responsible for:
* Ensure the effective management, assurance and optimisation of our asset portfolio
* Report to the Head of Operations
* Ensure all asset management, statutory compliance and technical assurance activities meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices
* Oversee the integrity of asset data, planned maintenance regimes, lifecycle strategies and compliance documentation within the CAFM system
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all asset, lifecycle and compliance-related matters
To be successful for this Asset and Compliance Lead role you must have:
* Strong experience in Asset and Compliance, ideally in a complex site environment
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Knowledge of Hard FM statutory obligations
