Job Description

Job Description Job Title- Asset and Compliance Manager Location- London Office Working Hours- 8am- 5pm Monday- Friday Flexibility is required. Package- Paying up to £53,000 as a basic salary, plus 25 days annual leave and company benefits Job Purpose Reporting to the Mobilisation Director you will be working within the Mobilisation team. This role will manage and carry out asset verification, dilapidation reports, lifecycle reports and statutory compliance reviews, as part of the mobilisation process. As the Asset and Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the Mobilisation Director, Account Management and Operations to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met and risk is minimised during the mobilisation process. You should have robust interpersonal skills, excel experience and ability to multi-task effectively. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist with mobilisation of contracts * Carry out Asset Verification Surveys and Asset Collection * Allocation of SFG20 Codes to asset registers * Parent/Child Hierarchy of Assets * Carry out Dilapidation and Condition Reports as part of mobilisation process * Review of assets inline with CIBSE Guide M * Experience of lifecycle reporting – desirable. * Carry out site walkarounds. * Facilitate rollout and review of statutory compliance logbooks * Assist with rollout of CAFM systems to site team and training. * Assist in the production of any reports required by the Mobilisation Director * To complete all of the above duties, helping to ensure the smooth running of current Mobilisations. Cross Business Responsibilities * To develop a good working relationship with all members of Vertex staff, subcontractors and the client representatives. * Work with the required departments throughout mobilisation, to ensure successful transition for site. This will include, but is not limited to Sales, HR, QSHE, Technical and Innovation, Energy Management and Operational Teams. Risk Management * Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to * Work with QSHE team to ensure vertex processes and procedures are implemented during the mobilisation period. Ensure ISO processes are followed to ensure departmental/business compliance * Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation * Ensure asset registers are aligned to SFG20 * Undertake monthly training courses as allocated on the Vertex training portal Essential Skills * Concept Evolution/FSI Go * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * Ability to collate, interpret and communicate key issues from relevant business data * Ability to demonstrate logical processes, with good analytical skills and judgement and initiative * Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure whilst achieving strict deadlines * Asset Verification & collection experience * High level of administration/organisational skills
