Job Title: Asset Care Technician
Location: Nottingham
Hours: 4 on 4 off – Night Shift (6:00pm – 6:00am)
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Asset Care Technician Summary:The Asset Care Technician is responsible for maintaining and changing over key production equipment in accordance with daily schedules and planned preventative maintenance. This is a proactive maintenance role, focused on minimising downtime and ensuring production readiness. Reactive tasks are limited to failure of designated components.
Asset Care Technician Responsibilities:
Carry out scheduled maintenance on machinery including Rademaker, Foil Dispenser, Blockers, Tamper, Ejector, Mini Pie Line, Crimpers, Optimum Line, and more
Complete planned equipment changeovers in line with the production plan
Perform inspections, lubrications, and basic non-technical PPMs
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the die man room is clean and audit-ready
Report and escalate issues with change parts or tools to the relevant teams
Requirements:
Experience with mechanical maintenance and production line changeovers
Familiarity with PPM systems and production line tooling
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe, and efficient work areas
