Asset Investment Programme Manager
Salary: £58,346 per annum
Location: Mixed
Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday
We’re seeking a skilled and driven Asset Investment Programme Manager to lead the planning, procurement, and delivery of multi-year capital and revenue investment programmes - from minor works and refurbishments to disabled adaptations.
You’ll ensure homes and communal spaces meet the highest standards, comply with all housing regulations, and support the journey to net zero. This is a role where your expertise will directly improve residents lives while shaping long term housing strategies.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and deliver asset strategies to meet statutory, regulatory, and best practice standards.
* Create 1, 5, and 30 year investment plans in line with Decent Homes, the Social Housing Regulation Act, and sustainability goals.
* Secure and maximise grant funding opportunities.
* Oversee procurement, mobilisation, and contract delivery within a robust contract management framework.
* Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high quality, customer focused results.
* Monitor budgets, performance, and progress, taking corrective action where needed.
* Engage residents and stakeholders to ensure programmes meet their needs.
* Ensure health & safety compliance is embedded across all works.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience in asset investment planning, capital programme delivery, and contract management.
* Strong knowledge of housing regulations, compliance, and building construction.
* Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills - able to make complex information clear.
* Proven leadership and budget management expertise.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS/CIOB membership desirable).
* Full UK driving licence and business-use vehicle insurance.
