Asset Manager – Heat Networks
Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Location: London
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a rapidly growing energy business, managing and optimising district heating and heat network assets.
In this key role, you’ll oversee the performance, growth, and compliance of energy infrastructure assets, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and customer service standards. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape strategies for expansion and value creation across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
*
Act as the senior point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
*
Monitor asset performance, analyse KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
*
Manage and review financial models and investment performance.
*
Support the delivery of new energy projects from construction through operation.
*
Ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.
About You
*
Strong background in energy infrastructure or district heating.
*
Skilled in contract management, financial analysis, and performance reporting.
*
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
*
Proactive, analytical, and able to drive projects to successful completion.
*
Confident using Excel and financial models to track asset performance.
