Job Description
Our client, a national FM Provider with a strong presence in the government sector is looking to hire an Interim Asset Management / CAFM expert.
You will work across several government contracts, mainly hard services, going over the current (M&E) assets that each site has, reporting and updating the CAFM system. This role will form part of the asset enhancement strategy for an entire business unit.
You must have a proven track record in a similar role, have a technical background, a good understanding of FM delivery and have some form of security clearance.
This is an ongoing interim opportunity.
