Position: O&M Asset Manager
Job Description:
We’re looking for an Asset Manager to help oversee and optimise the performance of our large-scale solar farms. You’ll be the key link between clients, contractors, and our technical teams, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in renewable energy while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day performance and maintenance of solar farms, ensuring maximum energy production.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and partners, providing clear updates and resolving issues quickly.
* Oversee contracts, reporting, and compliance, making sure projects meet high technical, financial, and safety standards.
Requirements:
* A Minimum of 1 years’ experience with Asset Management of large-scale solar assets.
* knowledge of solar technology, how solar farms operate, monitoring systems (SCADA), and health & safety requirements in the UK.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
