Proven experience in housing asset management, data systems, and property maintenance.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

Experience of technical inspections, reporting, and contract preparation.

Up-to-date knowledge of housing policy and asset management practices.

Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.

Full driving licence and flexibility to travel.
